This attractive yet functional one-piece chart rack has a classic oak design with black pebble-textured powder epoxy coated steel end frames and wire dividers and locking front privacy door. Medium classic oak woodgrain vinyl shelves, side and back panels. It has rounded and smooth corner handles for additional security for staff and patients. No exposed hardware.

Dual-wheel casters allow for easy rack mobility. Four casters are 4" diameter for smooth, quiet, easy swivel and stable rolling on hard floors and carpeted surfaces. Casters are factory installed. Self-lubricating ...no leaky ball bearings. Two dual-wheel casters have front foot brake locks to keep rack in stationary position.
