Most of the time, we think only elderly or disabled patients are the ones who need assistance getting on and off an exam table. However, there are many children who need assistance and would benefit from using a Barrier-Free™ examination table as well.

Midmark’s Barrier-Free™ examination tables easily lower to a child’s level, lift up small children and lower tall children so that the doctor can easily examine them. Obese children can also get on the table effortlessly.

Heated Upholstery:
Heated seat and lumbar improve patient comfort and reduce patient anxiety.

Accessible Controls:
Upholstery and drawer heater controls are easily accessible for you and your staff.

Premium Comfort System:
Unique elastomeric material stretched over a seat cut-out is designed to enhance patient comfort for a “chair-like feel” in an exam table.

Removable Upholstery:
Allows for color change in seconds or additional access for a thorough cleaning. It’s also easy to remove without the need for tools.

The Barrier-Free™ examination tables have the option of two easy-to-use foot controls, which power your patient effortlessly to the desired position.
The 622 foot control raises and lowers the table to your requirements.

The 623 multi-function foot control can make the seat and back section of the table move independently or simultaneously for the most efficient patient care. In addition, with a momentary touch of the Auto-Return button, the table automatically lowers to 20 inches, allowing the patient a quick and safe exit off the table.

Midmark 623 Hand Control:
In addition to the foot control, a hand control gives the 623 an alternative method of positioning patients.
