This is a Gift Certificate for $100.

You can purchase this gift certificate just like another product on our site. Once you complete the purchase please allow 24 – 48 for this gift certificate to be activated. You will then receive an email with detailed instructions on sending this gift to another recipient via email.

Once your gift certificate has been activated from our server, you will need to log back in to your account to email the gift certificate to the recipient.

When sending e-mail gift certificates, please be aware that some e-mail programs may block or even delete e-mail messages which originate from an address not specified by the recipient as an accepted address. All MedexSupply e-mail gift certificates are sent from shop@medexsupply.com.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates should be spent within 12 months from the date of issuance. Gift certificate holders will be given an additional 6-month grace period to spend their gift certificates. Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates will expire after 18 from the date of issuance.

2. Gift certificates must be redeemed through the MedexSupply Web site. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates.

3. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

4. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable.

5. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.

6. We are not responsible for lost gift certificates once it has been electronically submitted.

7. MedexSupply will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is either redeemed through MedexSupply.com or is redeemed and used to make purchases on MedexSupply.com.

8. MedexSupply.com may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift certificates.
