Tychem® LV offers a multi-layer film barrier laminated to a durable 2.5 oz/yd² polypropylene substrate and provides the same physical properties and chemical resistance as Tychem® BR, in a low-visibility color for military operations or other discrete situations. Tychem® LV garments provide protection in moderate to heavy splash applications with a broad range of chemical protection. Test data is available against more than 285 chemicals. Applications include: military situations, chemical/biological terrorism incident response, chemical handling, hazardous materials/waste cleanup, fire departments and industrial hazmat teams.

• Taped seams provide strong chemical resistance against heavy liquid splashes. A sewn seam is covered with a strip of compatible chemical-resistant material through heatsealing.
