The SS8355 sponge receptacle has a ten quart basin mounted on a stainless steel frame attached to 2" ball bearing swivel casters.

Also mounted on the outside ring is a heavy duty rubber bumper to prevent from damaging walls. Rubber cushions are inside the frame to prevent pail from rattling.
