About the Urisys 1100 Urine Analyzer:
(Roche Diagnostics) This CLIA-waived Urisys 1100™ urine analyzer makes urine testing easy. With the simple push of a button, the analyzer automatically evaluates the test strip and prints a patient report, which eliminates timing and waiting for results. This compact, easy-to-use system is an ideal choice for medical practices, small laboratories or other small-scale testing sites looking to standardize testing and improve efficiency through automated urinalysis testing.
The Urisys 1100 analyzer is optimized for test volumes between 10 to 500 tests per day. It can be used with Chemstrip 10MD test strips, Chemstrip® 7 test strips and Chemstrip 5OB test strips. After dipping and inserting the test strip, simply press the start button. Incubation, measurement, calculation of results and printout are all automatic. Results can be transmitted to a PC or host computer. This system requires minimal maintenance, once-per-week calibration and features built-in check functions to detect errors.
