Features of the Ambu Spur II Bag Resuscitator:
- Single-use SPUR pediatric and infant resuscitators are designed for manual ventilation of neonates and infants up to 10kg (1 year) or children with body weight of 10 to 30kg (10 years old). The infant size has a tidal volume of 150mL and is suitable for use in incubators. It is easy to hold with one hand and can be operated for extended periods without hand fatigue.
- All resuscitators are made of fully disposable PVC to help eliminate cross contamination and are supplied with manometer tube connector for monitoring of airway pressure. A see-through patient valve facilitates visual check of operation; a pressure limitation valve helps promote patient safety. Units are semitransparent and have a textured surface and a support strap for firm grip.
