  • Translid Binocular Interactor (TBI) application encourages the interplay between both eyes in the visual process. In the case of alternating vision, it can assist a slow change back to simultaneous sight. It can help break down inhibitions in the visual process between both eyes, and create new links with a potential for enabling binocular vision.The TBI is especially suitable for those suffering from amblyopia, alternating vision and suppressions of the visual process.
  • The TBI light sources flash alternately at an adjustable frequency of 8 or 12 Hz. The TBI lights shine bright enough to be perceived through closed eyelids. After the device has been switched on, patterns and colors can be noticed. Switching between the 2 frequencies produces other stimuli which may lead to a different perception.
