Orders can be placed by any of the following methods: on our website, by phone, fax, email or mail. You can download an order form by clicking here.
There is no minimum quantity for orders; we accept orders of all sizes and quantities. You can contact us by phone or email to receive special pricing for large and bulk orders. You may also complete our Large order request and suggest the pricing you wish to receive.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • All major credit cards including American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover issued by US financial institutions.
  • Paypal
  • Purchase orders. After completing your order online you must fax a purchase order from your company along with your trade references to 718-222-4417. Your order will not process until your company has been approved by our credit department. We do not offer free shipping on purchase orders. W-9 Forms can be emailed to you at your request.
  • Checks or money orders. However, orders will not ship until we are in receipt of payment.
  • Wire transfers. There is an additional $20 wire transfer fee charged by the banking institution. No refunds will be granted.
  • C.O.D. orders are subject to a $7.50 UPS service charge. A credit card must be provided so we are guaranteed that it is a legitimate purchase.
  • Credit Line - to apply for a net 30 days, click here to download an application and fax it to our office at 718-222-4417. You may also apply online through our website once you have created an account with us.
  • Google Checkout (shipping fees may vary).

We ship via UPS and DHL for most US shipments. Shipping & Handling rates vary per zip code in the US. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from when you place your order using your selected shipping method. Some items need assembling and may require additional time to ship. You will be contacted within 24 hours in the event of a backordered item. We ship via the United States Postal Service for shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Some shipments that contain small items may be shipped via the USPS.

Next Day Saturday delivery is not available but will be delivered on Monday if order is placed before 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time on Friday. Please call our office beforehand to confirm availability. For orders placed on business days before 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time, every attempt will be made to ship the same day. Free Shipping Products:
FREE SHIPPING in product titles is product specific and eligible for free ground shipping within the Continental USA only. Any other items added to your cart will be subject to our standard shipping policy (listed below). To get free or discounted shipping on the rest of the order, the remaining products must subtotal to $100 and comply with our free or discounted shipping policy.

You are eligible for the FREE SHIPPING promotion if your order fits ALL of the qualifications listed below:

  • Your order subtotals to $100 or more
  • ALL items in your cart have the FREE SHIPPING icon:
  • Your order weighs less than 30 lbs.
  • Your order is paid in advance.
Exceptions to this rule: If your order contains multiple products shipping from several warehouses and the products contain the free or discounted shipping icon, you may be eligible for free or discounted shipping.   • Free shipping refers to UPS Ground only.
  • If you prefer an expedited delivery additional charges will apply.
  • Certain products are dropshipped directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, orders with multiple items may qualify for Discounted Shipping Only.
  • Free shipping is available only to the 48 contiguous states: (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and all US Territories, APO/FPO and international countries.)
  • Purchase orders, CODs and credit lines are not eligible for free shipping since they are not prepaid.
  • All Freight Items are not returnable.
  • All returns sent that are damaged, not restockable or without authorization, customer will be responsible to return ship charges.

Please make sure that you provide a correct address or you will incur the $5.00 address correction charge from UPS for ground shipments and $10 for expedited shipments.

UPS automatically protects every shipment against loss or damage up to a value of US $100.00. By adding our shipping insurance option, you can request additional protection up to US$50,000.00 per package. We will not hold any responsibility for lost packages if you do not select this option and UPS loses or damages your package.
International shoppers are welcome to place orders on our site. Currently, the only payment methods available are Paypal and wire transfers. We do not accept credit cards that are issued by international financial institutions.

Shipping charges for international orders can be calculated on our website and you may select UPS or the US Postal Service as your shipping carrier. We strongly recommend UPS as it is more secure and provides a tracking number. UPS will charge additional taxes and duty fees upon delivery which you will be held responsible for. Orders shipped via the US Postal Service are picked up once a week. They are occasionally delayed at Customs and they are more likely to get lost in transit. If your package was insured, we cannot make a claim until 45 days have passed from the ship date. If a claim needs to be filed, orders will not be resent until the claim has been approved. Although we aim to insure all international shipments, we cannot insure shipments to certain countries. In the event that your package gets lost in transit, we will try our best to work it to your satisfaction. However, we will not take any responsibility for lost packages that are not insured or approved by our insurance and you will be responsible to place a new order. No refunds will be granted if your order gets lost and/or your insurance claim is denied.

If a claim needs to be filed, orders will not be resent until the claim has been approved. Although we aim to insure all international shipments, we cannot insure shipments to certain countries *. Orders may take up to 7-10 business days to process. The customer is responsible for all tax, custom charges and wire transfer fees. If you refuse the package at customs or you fail to pick up your shipment from the post office and it is returned to us, you will not be refunded for shipping and you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Backordered items will ship separately as soon as the item becomes available. The backordered item will ship at no extra cost.

Due to H1N1 demand and high backorder, there will be no cancellations on backordered masks.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Restocking fees may be waived if exchanging for another item of equal or greater value.
  • Step 1: Before returning anything, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem. All returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee*. To receive an RMA number click here and fill out the Return & Exchange Form once logged in to your account.

    * All Medline Items are subjected to a $25.00 restocking fee.
    * Some items may be subject to a higher restocking fee of up to 25%.

    It is important that the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. Packages received without an RMA number may not receive a credit and Customer will be responsible for any return or Warehouse Redirect ship charges.

    All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

    *UNAUTHORIZED RETURN NOTIFICATION* Customers will not be credited and will be charged for shipping fees associated with unauthorized returns that have to be redirected to the appropriate warehouse.Orders that are refused without approval may not be refunded or subject to higher restocking fees. Customer will be responsible to any new shipping fees. International Orders in which UPS or FedEx was chosen, there will be no refunds for order refused for non payment of Duty and Tax fees.

  • Step 2: If you paid for the purchase with a credit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received and inspected. Credits may take up to 10 Business days to process. If you paid with a check or money order, allow 2-4 weeks to receive your refund check. Account credits must be used within 1 year of issue date.

  • Step 3: On all product returns, you will be responsible to arrange the shipment of the product back to the appropriate warehouse. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice. Please ensure that the package is traceable in case of loss during transit.

  • Step 4: If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will email a label, schedule a pick up or reimburse you for the ship charges. We will choose whichever method is most convenient for you. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense.

By Return Policy:
All products except (Furniture, Special Order, Non Stock, Items with Expiration Date, Hygienic Items** and Discontinued Products) will be accepted by for credit, exchange or repair, at's discretion within 30 days from the ship date. MedexSupply will guarantee products for 30 Days. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.

** Hygienic items include Open Pillows, Toilet Seats, Braces, Commodes etc. If a defective product can be replaced or repaired, a return will be considered as part of the Standard Return Policy and may be subject to a Restocking Fee.

For all prices and products: We reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical errors in advertisements. is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.

Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.
Cancelled orders containing items that have been ordered in to our warehouse from the manufacturer or vendor or have already been shipped will be subject to our standard return policy. Cancelled orders that have not been shipped may also be subject to restocking fees. Special Orders Items or Items Made Per Order may not be cancelled once order is processed.
